Co-Curricular Activity
SALT workshop was held in the beginning of November. This campus activity I attended was helping many students find new ways to save money, use money safely and achieve free scholarships for school. This event was roughly 45 minutes long and most of the time we working in group finding new tips for upcoming freshmen. We played a few games in which some people were able to prizes like lanyards, cups, pens and highlighters. Overall, after this event I was able to keep a limit on my money and till today I am using my money in a safe manner.
Co-Curricular Avtivity
The second on campus activity I attended was Midnight Madness which was sometime in the middle of October. Midnight Madness was a little preview of the entire college classes coming together to celebrate the start of Basketball Season, Volleyball Season and Lacrosse Season. Many clubs and groups came up with skits(plays) and little dance performances. Such as, Basketball Girl's had a small rally jumping and pumping up the crowd and the Boy's Basketball team scored a few hoops. The Lacrosse team did a performance in dresses and at least five boys were dressed as a boy band. Overall, Midnight Madness was success; most of the students at NDNU engaged with one another and we all stuck through as one big team.
